The British Acoustics Delta K28S is a self-powered dual 18" intelligent subwoofer delivering deep, precise bass for professional live, touring, and installation applications. Powered by a 3000W Class-D amplifier (6000W peak), it offers a 29 Hz–185 Hz frequency response and 143 dB max SPL. Dual 18" ultra-low excursion drivers with 4" voice coils ensure minimal distortion and high thermal stability. Featuring an intuitive control interface, gain adjustment, preset selection, and balanced XLR inputs, it integrates seamlessly into complex setups. Built with marine birchwood and a powder-coated grill, its reinforced cabinet reduces resonance for reliable, high-output performance.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
