The British Acoustics Delta 98 is a 4-in, 8-out loudspeaker processor designed for professional touring and installation setups. Featuring 96kHz DSP and a 1024-point FIR filtering engine, it delivers outstanding clarity and precise crossover control. With dynamic EQ, Visualised Transparent Compression, and filter types including Linkwitz-Riley and Butterworth up to 48dB/octave, it offers detailed tonal shaping. The processor includes RS 485 and USB control, 4 XLR inputs, and 8 XLR outputs. An LED display with DSP panel enables easy configuration. Housed in a black aluminium chassis with a brushed steel front, the Delta 98 balances power, flexibility, and reliability.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
