The British Acoustics Delta 48 is a 4-in, 8-out loudspeaker processor engineered for precise system control in live sound and installations. Powered by a 96kHz DSP engine, it offers pristine audio with low latency. Features include Dynamic EQ, Transparent Compression, Auto Gate Compensation, and versatile crossovers like Linkwitz-Riley and Bessel. With six filters per input/output and full parametric flexibility, it adapts to any setup. RS 485 and USB connectivity ensure control, while input/output metering aids monitoring. Housed in a rugged aluminium chassis with a brushed steel front, the Delta 48 delivers reliability, flexibility, and sonic accuracy for professional sound engineers.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
