The British Acoustics Contract 700RT is a professional 2-channel Class-AB amplifier delivering 700W per channel at 4Ω, designed for fixed installations requiring power and flexibility. It supports low impedance and high-voltage (70V/100V) distributed audio, ideal for retail, hotels, worship, and paging systems. Featuring Euroblock outputs, XLR pass-through, and a compact 2U rackmount chassis with a matte white front, it integrates seamlessly into installations. With >400 damping factor, >60 dB CMRR, and built-in protection circuits, the 700RT ensures reliability. Front-panel output metering and dual rotary volume controls enable easy monitoring and level management at the rack.

Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
