The British Acoustics 2 XS is a 2-channel amplifier delivering 750W per channel at 4Ω, designed for clean, controlled sound in mobile rigs, club installs, and touring systems. Built with X Series PSL preamps, Gorilla Limiters, and robust circuit protection, it ensures tight lows, clear mids, and crisp highs. With 26 dB gain and a >500 damping factor, it offers precise speaker control. Housed in a 2U rackmount chassis with Speak-on and binding post outputs, LED monitoring, and rotary knobs, it’s efficient and rugged. Its low 5.6A power draw and sleek white front make it ideal for compact pro audio setups.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
