The British Acoustics Aura Blu 312 X is a 12" linear coaxial speaker delivering 129 dB peak output with user-rotatable horns for flexible dispersion. Ideal for live sound, installations, and monitoring, its coaxial design reduces phase distortion for coherent audio across a wide frequency range. Built with a marine birchply enclosure, scratch-resistant polyurea finish, and reinforced steel grills, it’s durable and rugged. Integrated handles, M10 flying inserts, and sloped input plates enable versatile horizontal or vertical mounting. Finished in signature umber brown with blue decals, the Aura Blu 312 X combines clarity, durability, and adaptability for professional audio applications.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
