The Aura 312 XS is an ultracompact high-efficiency band pass subwoofer and is the ideal low frequency extension for distributed PA & BGM systems that need the added low frequency without utilizing much space. The subwoofer has a dual ported bandpass cabinet design that allows for maximum sub output & deep lows.
The Aura 312 XS is equipped with a 12” ULFE ferrite low distortion woofer that generates a high magnetic flux for better efficiency. The transducers are fitted with very high energy motors to be capable to deliver ultra-low frequencies, down to 23 Hz on the ULFE preset. The guided and swiftly changing airflow through the engineered ports achieves a higher acoustic output with lesser cone movements adding to the safety and durability of the driver.
The recommended amplification for the Aura 312 XS is the XD 21 or 2 XS amplifiers which can deliver more than the required power to have a 3 dB gain (minimum) headroom. The Delta Drive DSP systems – Delta 48 & Delta 36 house the presets for the Aura 312 XS. These DSP systems provide the subwoofer better tonal correction and added safety with limiters against unwanted peaks & distortion.
The Aura 312 XS is extremely compact adding to its flexibility. The subwoofers can be fit below chairs, mounted on walls or suspended from the ceiling to further add to the invisibility of the systems. It is ideal for gymnasiums, karaoke bars, residential lounges and similar portable installations.

Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
