The British Acoustics Delta D28 S is a high-powered subwoofer engineered for professional audio applications. It features a frequency response of 29 Hz to 185 Hz and delivers a maximum SPL of 144 dB, powered by an 8kW multichannel Class-D amplifier. The subwoofer is equipped with dual 18” LF drivers with 4.5” split copper voice coils and neodymium magnets, ensuring deep and powerful bass. The robust marine birchwood enclosure, powder-coated grill, and signature brown finish provide durability and aesthetic appeal. Control is facilitated via a 2.8” IPS screen and multifunctional navigation controller, with connectivity options including USB, dual Ethernet, and multiple audio inputs. The Delta D28 S also features dolly cart clamps, stackable rubber feet, and side handles for easy transportation.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
