The XD 41 is a four-channel high performance amplifier delivering a near distortion free power output in a lightweight 2 RU chassis. They are engineered to reproduce the highest standards of sonic quality combined with massive power and an advanced safety feature set.
The XD amplifiers deliver a very high peak voltage maintaining High SPL power at varying resistance (impedance) levels. The high voltage also allows for power shading between two amplifier channels. The amplifiers are designed for efficiency. Our advanced circuitry design allows us to generate much lesser heat than standard amplifiers allowing for added efficiency.
The Indication screen on the front panel indicates critical factors such as AC Voltage, Fan Speed, Heat Protection Stage, Temperature and Failure notifications The amplifiers can also deliver 70V / 100V power via direct drive by generating the necessary voltage swing. The XD Amplifiers have 4 analogue outputs which can be used with 3 fixed matrix modes. At the back, the XD series allows access to adjust the input sensitivity of the amplifier between 0.7 to 1.4V.
The XD series amplifiers has a dedicated protection section to reduce failures largely. A central protector board detects faults ranging from thermal to voltage mismatches and triggers pre-programmed diagnosis codes for quick codes for quick redressal.
The XD Series amplifiers are ideal for touring applications where higher power is needed to be generated in a space saving & light weight design.
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
