The British Acoustics Delta D2 LA is a high-performance line array speaker designed for professional audio environments. It features a frequency response of 56 Hz to 22 kHz and a peak SPL of 148 dB, driven by a powerful 6kW multichannel Class-D amplifier. The speaker is equipped with dual 12” LF drivers with neodymium magnets and dual 6.5” coaxial planar wave drivers for mid and high frequencies, ensuring exceptional sound clarity and power. The marine birchwood enclosure, powder-coated grill, and signature brown finish provide durability and aesthetic appeal. Control is facilitated via a 2.8” IPS screen and multifunctional navigation controller, with dual Ethernet connectors to connect to the Delta Audio Controller (DAC) Platform
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Painstakingly Perfect Production
Over the years, craftsmanship has been closely linked with small scale individualistic production. Back in 1972, we started the same way. As we grew in scale & size, it was difficult to build each speaker individually, but quality control was of utmost importance as so switching to a general assembly line was simply not an option. So we wrote up a code, one quite like enigma, to ensure quality control. We selected the right partners, got the right tools, and in cases where those weren't available, we invented them. We grew slower than most as our aim was to last longer than most.
